Delivery
• We can deliver to anywhere in the central belt of Scotland.
• Please inform us of your address and we will confirm the cost of delivery.
• The driver will help offloading materials but will need assistance upon arrival.
• It is a kerbside delivery service, therefore, Eco Deck are not liable for any damages that could occur once the materials are lifted onto the property.
• Please inform Eco Deck if there will be any difficulty or restricted access at the delivery address.
• Delivery is available 7 days a week from 8am-8pm. We will confirm the estimated time of delivery one day prior to the confirmed date of delivery. Our driver will contact the customer phone number provided to give an approximate time of arrival on the date of delivery.

Collection
• Orders can be collected from both of our storage locations in Cardonald & Johnstone.
• All customers must arrange a time for collection.
• Collection is available 7 days a week from 8am – 8pm. If you require an earlier collection, please let us know.
• Eco Deck employees are not responsible for loading materials onto customers vehicles but will assist at the customers own risk.
• It is the customers responsibility to ensure the materials are secured safely on to their vehicle. Eco Deck do not provide straps.
• Customers must check their vehicles will safely accommodate the materials that they require before arranging a collection time.
